Positive: Fairly clean.

Negative: Listing was too good to be true, I had a feeling it was based on the price. It should have specified on the booking ad that the hot tub was shared with three units. Not sound proof, understandable. Parking space for the unit is cramped if using a large vehicle such as a ute. I would have been fine paying more if it had its own hot tub.
